Join the Galaxy 72 Club of Investors, making a commitment to donate an amount you choose for 72 months. Whether paid by check, credit card, or online through PayPal, your donation of $10 or more per month not only provides the critical funding for construction and operation of SKY’S THE LIMIT facilities and programs, it also demonstrates the private support needed when we apply for grants.

Join the Constellation Club of Volunteers. If you have an interest, skill, or talent — or just wish to help the project grow — contact us, and one of our committee members will be able to answer your questions and guide you to an area where help is needed. Tasks range from relocating cactus plants and laying out nature trails, to planning and hosting “Star Party” fundraising events, to developing curricula in a variety of fields.

Take every opportunity to preserve our dark night sky, a precious resource. Do all you can to reduce light pollution from your home, your neighborhood, and your city. Talk to your friends and family. Use dark-sky-friendly exterior fixtures and support organizations that work for responsible lighting practices.

ONE OF SKY’S THE LIMIT’S NEWEST ENTHUSIASTIC SUPPORTERS
After inspecting the Sky's the Limit Observatory and Nature Center site, Charles Duvall and Jerry Mattos head to JTNP for a hike. Charles is owner of Duvall Dynamic Spaces in Rockland, Maine. The company builds and installs site-specific shade structures that are both sculptural and functional, transforming the environment -- whether defining an entranceway, an outdoor restaurant, a public performance area, or a private retreat.
Charles has donated one of his fabric shade structures to Sky's the Limit. The 25’ x 25’ structure will be installed adjacent to Phase I buildings, creating a sheltered gathering place for visitors preparing to participate in Nature Center activities.
Enthusiastic about the Observatory project and enchanted by the desert, Charles owns 5 acres in Twentynine Palms. He plans on arriving in October to build an environmentally friendly structure on his land, and to begin designing shade structures for sale in California.
